Unfaized:Most of us don't even need power from sunDown to sunUp. Some no dey too dey house sef and when they come home, they're too tired before 12am, the entire houseHold has gone to bed. As for those with young kid(s) who do morning routines + school runs where they need boil water and the likes, they now need decide if they do those with inverter or not. A lot of us have batteryBanks that are just there to make us feel good when you tell people the KVA of our installation |

Good evening my bosses. I'm new here. My search brought me here. I'm using 500w solar generator but recently I decided to get battery to support it, so I contacted the seller who advice me to get feisun 60ah 12.8v 768wh battery which I got today. My question is how can I charge it as the seller said I should charge only the battery but I did not see any charger for it as the solar generator charger did not fit into the charging port of the battery. I have been trying to understand the settings but the seller is not helping matter. Please do it come with charger or I should get a charger for it, if I should which make will do a better job

olagamalin:317L thermocool inverter freezer (24hrs for chilled drinks supply) 207L thermocool freezer (24hrs for ice block supplies) 203L Ignis freezer (24hrs for house foods) Desktop fridge (24hrs) 1hp LG inverter AC (intermittent), 1hp submersible pumping machine (intermittent) Sundry appliances (Lightings, TVs, Chargers, Food blender, Washing machine, Cameras, Sec. Alarms, water Fountain (24hrs), DC standing Fans, Gate opener etc) - intermittent These are the appliances I can think of for now Setup: 320w mono panels (16pcs) on 5kw 48v felicity hybrid 150w mono panels (8pcs) on a different Charge controller 150w mono panels (4pcs) on a second Charge controller 25ah 48v Lithium (10pcs)in parallel to make 250ah 280ah 48v Lithium (1unit) Total LFP - 530ah 48v (25kw) All these gets fully charged at days with good sun hours by 3pm Less so during rainy seasons or dry seasons when dust cover on the panels is unavoidable and at those times, load shedding becomes a priority and the freezers are turned on and off at intervals. There is another 24v system with 4pcs 320w mono panels and 300ah Lithium that powers a separate 203L Hisense freezer dedicated for Ice block supplies. MY loads at any point in time, excluding the AC usually ranges between 800w to 1200w, the former being at off peak periods when everyone has retired to bed. All has been running for a minimum of 7 to 9 years. All were not done at once but gradually built up, which explains the different lithium configurations and the rather awkward panel configurations and 150w and 320w specifications which represents the different times in history when such panel sizes were the mainstream. And it was mostly DIY. Note that some of the appliances like the Router, Cams, Security Alarm, Some lights, Water fountain, Sliding Gate openers are all DC powered appliances that each have small packs of lithium batteries so that even when there is AC power supply shutdown, these vital components still continue to run for at least 10 hours. Thought this might give you an insight into what you may require for your frozen food business. Good luck |

osayuwamwen:see eh, though haven't used such brands both personally and for clients, would make a general comment. AnyOne who want to give you such information, need be sure they have done the above to avoid unintentionally misLeading you When you buy super low quality item such as inverter and charge controller, to be on safe side, try limit their load to about 60% of whatever the capacity stated on it's sticker even if it's enGraved on it's body. To test if the situation with your SmS abi MMS inverter is excess load, try switching off everything and leave just 1 or 2 light bulbs on and see if the fan goes off after a while or it continues staying ON . Your test should last like 10-minutes to give it time. Normally, the FAN ought to only come up when there's need for cooling which should only happen when the system is stressed e.g loaded close to it's max. Another reason could be the inverter is installed in enviroment where airFlow is low hence need for constant cooling. Another thing you need understand is, even for quality brands, especially for inverters, there's something called powerFactor which often tells how much actual power is available for use. Just like some phone would say and even show you a memory of 8GB but it's Operating system is occupying about 3GB already hence what's left for the user ain't more than 5GB. Same with RAM and others. A 10KVA inverter could end up giving just 7KW which is just like 7KVA; science student abeg spare me the long grammar and just understand what I meant, and not bother pointing out 7KW ain't same as 7KVA as that's not neccessary here. |
