Which type of visa did your quack agent apply for that is taking almost 2 years? If it is a visiting visa, your visa has been denied long time ago. The agent is just lying to you. Request for your GCMS notes, you will see why your visa was denied. Do not pay make any new application before seeing the notes. GbengaBigBoy: |

GbengaBigBoy:My brother, you don’t have any pending application with IRCC. Your application has been finalized since 2024. When did you do the biometric? Please don’t tell me that you believe the lies this your agent is telling you. Some people are just easy to be deceived. |

Please I applied for Canada visa since Dec 16th no respond yet.Is this a general delay? |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Ashirioluwa: 3:31pm On Jan 30 |
GbengaBigBoy:You can apply for “GCMS NOTE” if you know your UCI (Unique Client Identifier) and application number. This note is vital in case you want to reapply. It will show you the IRCC (Visa) officer's assessment of your refused Canadian visa application, including the specific reasons for the denial. |

I'm in Canada now, re-united with my family as expected Weather super cold. Because at the airport, they would ask and call your host.. If it doesnt match you will be denied boarding ! And Visa cancelled , so be prepared. |

🤔 hello good people, What happens if my passport is with another embassy and Canada asks me to submit it for visa ? |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by MayorOfEdmonton: 2:41am On Feb 04 |
Please don’t fall for agent Layi’s lies this 2026😊😊
|
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by MayorOfEdmonton: 2:44am On Feb 04 |
cucumbar:You will have 30 days to submit. if your passport won’t be ready by then, send an email/webform with compelling proof that you’ve attempted to get your passport back without success from the embassy. They should likely extend when you will be expected to submit it upon receipt. |

Hello house! My uncle wants to invite my dad and my aunt to visit him in Canada for 1 month. My uncle is a Medical doctor in Canada. He intends to sponsor everything about their visit. My aunt is retired and has been to the UK once, but my dad has no travel history, he's self employed. They are both in their 60's. Can you please suggest convincing documents we can submit to create a successful visa application. Thank you. |

Your dad's personal circumstance is more important than you uncles sponsorship.... As an adult at that age with zero travel history, he'll need to demonstrate his ability to sponsor himself and the wife even if the brother is sponsoring. Traveling for a month also shows he has little or nothing to come home to...... - Show enough money for the trip and in savings to come back home to meet - Show reasons to come back home (Economic & Family) - Draft a cover note explaining why the trip (emotional and otherwise) as that trip aint cheap - Why has he not travelled all his life though? Please I have an issue at hand .. I had submitted my vb application and indicated that I will do the biometric again & o paid both for visa and biometric .Ircc have sent me a Biometric letter ,I had taught that I did my biometrics in 2018 but I just discovered that my last biometric was done in 2019 . Please is it possible for me to cancel the biometrics and collect my Cad 85 back ? If yes, how do I go about it ? Thanks |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by amnotapervert(m): 4:57pm On Feb 05 |
MayorOfEdmonton:IRCC had to make that statement because if you see what some agents are promising on Facebook and Telegram, you would think they are visa officers themselves. |
