Your problem has to do with Airtel aggressive throttling they do this to some people sometimes you have to get another ODU sim different from the one that comes with the device to break free from that speed throttling cus Airtel won't fix no matter how much you complain they will only do so at their own discretion

How will you get another ODU sim without purchasing another device??

May b U used a wrong charger, do you use power bank to charge it

I switched from e to physical. They did it at their HQ in my city. Have never experienced any loss of speed. Been blazing since then.

Did you follow the correct procedure of doing the sub from the My airtel app?
Make sure u have the amount on ur smartcash,
Open the Airtel app, then choose the Smartcash option, input ur password and voila.

Mind you, sometimes you have to close and reopen your smartcash to see the discount of 2,500 waiting in the balance.

If you are still experiencing network issues with your ODU, it's probably because you are using "airtelng" as your APN.

Revert to Airtel's default APN and you'll be fine, at least that's what worked for me.

I think almost everyone uses the default APN (internet.ng.airtel.com). In most cases, leaving APN to Auto defaults to the same.

I called Airtel customer service after I bought 30k for 20mbps on my 4g router and it's not showing unlimited it was showing 100gb then they gave me 60gb extra. Has Airtel removed unlimited for 4g routers? Is there a way to get unlimited data?

I just woke to 2,500 on my dash on smartcash. I guess it takes time to reflect.

It's very inconsistent over here. Takes forever to load even speed test, streams, web pages. It's only good for streaming after taking forever to load.

Lately Airtel has been so unstable for me even though speed is like 40 50 and above the browsing experience is not smooth but download is fine

Currently using the spectranet unlimited, speed limited to 8mbps. But streams well to allow me watch matches
