We4all:Fasting forces your body into Autophagy. Recline from eating junks, eat only complex carbs, protein and vegetables and drink a hell lots of water. Fast 16/8 everyday, eat by 11am and 6-7pm and repeat, drink water 3-4 liters daily and exercise probably 10k steps or find a gym membership |
