Iran, China and Russia are all members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which is a semi quasi military alliance similar in a way to NATO. But we shall see if war breaks out of those two will come to the aid of Iran militarily or they will stay on the sidelines as usual.

The US wants to move those ships to Oman close to Iran to create a similar blockade it did to Venezuela, Iran would have none of it and backing its word with action that it will not allow the US ships near it and that's exactly what's currently going on with the support of Russia and China.

US ships will stay forever in Palestine. Saudi Arabia has declined the US using its country to launch attack on Iran. Same as UAE.
