I’ve come across numerous blogs and social media posts where people flaunt wealth—exotic cars, luxury homes, and frequent vacations—and claim it’s all from trading forex.

I’m interested in getting into forex trading, but honestly, I’m quite skeptical. Are these claims actually verified?

Most people I’ve spoken to in real life seem to have stories of losses rather than consistent profits from trading, and this has made me very cautious.
I’d appreciate it if experienced traders or knowledgeable members here could share honest insights.

Is forex trading genuinely profitable in the long run, or are most of these online displays exaggerated or misleading?

Many of them are just "tutorial sellers", claiming "coach" title. But the general market of Forex is quite profitable for longshots.

You can be made with one lucky call, or be bankrupt in one unlucky fall.

I am a full time forex trader and I will tell for a fact that you will lose a lot of money for the next 3 to 4 years or more depending on how you master yourself and until you figure out how to master the market.
Yes,you can make it in the market but not immediately. If you no get mind,no put body o. A lot will happen in your life that will make you hate it during the period you are trying to figure things out in the market.
I have been in it full time in the last 3 ½ years and I can tell you it's hell but it's getting better.
I can tell you for free, you will lose ALL. Just make sure you have backup funds or you have something you are doing that gives you steady income that will support the loses you will incure in forex.

I see forex,I run ooooo...my mind no carry am....but you can make money with constituency, but you go lose tire oo..

As for those tutorial people, if the person was .making the dollars will he remember to come sell tutorials to anyone?..those ones are just looking for your small cash

Yes. Some people make money from forex. Most don’t. The house (brokers, banks, market makers) always has an edge. One of my bro at three arrow made huge bank when covid started.

If you want a job that pays reliably, learn programming, infrastructure, or something that actually builds value. If you want gambling dressed as finance, go trade forex. Either way, don’t cry here when leverage erases your savings and you learn that markets have no sympathy for hopes and inspirational quotes.

Forex is like gambling. Instead of learning forex, use that same energy to learn crypto.

If people are doing it, yes people are making money from it. The only thing is that it isn’t as easy as people makes it look online. When venturing into anything, consider the risk attached first.

Just as many had adviced, if your skin no full, no put body. Don’t allow what you see online put you in trouble, if online is always real, Peter Obi will be the current Nigeria’s president, cah man actually won online 😂.

That's the point. I am at a point where I'm trying to figure out what I can do on a long term to secure my future and not have to keep struggling that's why I made this post. Thanks for this insightful comment.

In my opinion forex trading is better than crypto because crypto is all hype and really has no solid assets backing it

The majority just don't know how to trade forex that is the reason they say it is fraud

Their scam is simple, offer leverage so that you can borrow money but with ridiculous liquidation price

If your leverage is above 10x, some movements are equal which could be around 12x in calculation.. Whichever direction you follow, if you are not clever, you might still lose your money

If you know what is good for you, stay away from it.

The odds are against you. 99% you will loose, 1% you will likely win a trade. Don’t go there.
