This same Lagos? Hell NO. Not only are the public waters practically nonexistent in most Areas, property owners and tenants spend so much money to get very dirty and unusable water. I have even heard ridiculous stories like the government wanting to impose levies to allow private individuals and corporations drill boreholes for themselves, a role the government glaringly refuses to perform despite the huge IGR generated from same citizens. So I completely disagree this rating.

Tell me where in Nigeria the Water Corporation operates at all? Every household depends on purchase of treated water or water from the well for domestic purposes, while relying on satchet or bottle water for drinking.

Very few people in Osun state worship the river goddess.

Without the needed work of engineers, technicians, lab scientists, quality assurance, administrative staff etc, the river goddess can’t make pipe borne water available to buildings.

Lagos is a city. Even for borehole where the water is somehow, they will still treat it one way or the other because the people living there have the finances. At worst they use pure water for drinking.

You cannot compare that to a village where people drink water from the river.

to get water in Lagos is hard you have to drill about 400 feet's and won't see water, he didn't even mention lafia

But when you were in Lagos, did you get access to clean drinking water or not? That's what they were saying here. Table water, satchet water, tap water are all categorized as clean drinking water and you had access, didn't you?

are you talking about bottled, sachet water or treated tap water from homes?. even the over treated urine color tap water in lekki homes cannot be digested. sachet water is even banned in some parts of lekki, you gats cook with bottled water
