Thank you. They keep using picture of a very short section for many road projects. The sensible thing to ask is how much percent completion are we looking at for all the roads projects they have been bombarding us with recently?

Lagos-Calabar is less than 10% after 2.5 years of a possible 8. Thats less than 10% of the work acjieved in about 31% of the time possibly available to do it.
