France is basically the coordinator, the financier and the organiser in Chief of the socalled Islamic extremists activities in the Sahel. Countries that are in support of France like Ivory Coast, Benin Republic and Guinea are protected.

The ones that are trying to free themselves from.the shackles of neocolonialism like Burkina Faso, Mali and Nige, are constantly under attack through proxies. If not for Russia, the government of the last 3 countries would have collapsed by now. Remove France from the equation and these countries will immediately be peaceful..

A clear sign of military weakness this couldn't have happened if the niger's military junta have allowed the US and french military bases to remain in niger the russians they depended on have completely failed them.

Someone that doesn't even know what a defense agreement is. What brought Russia to this topic now? The defense agreement between Russia and Niger is for training and military hardware support.


So Russia should deploy troops to Niger? When they have unsettled issues with Ukraine and are even in need of more soldiers themselves to solve their own security problems.


Go and read the statement they made about them sending troops to Iran recently to defend Iran and apply the same comment here.
