It's just a single item, I ordered a few item they all came through speedaf in just 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any item on AliExpress through nipost since 2020

Plus when I got the notification from AliExpress that the item is in the country I was expecting it to arrive as quickly as speedaf 😔

So when I called nipost transamadi and they told me my item isn't in the country I was very confused

I was told to wait 3 weeks sef😅

So I told this seller the phone he sent to me is faulty and that I want to open a dispute. He started begging me not to and said he’ll send another phone. Then he opened a $0.91 order and asked me to pay so he can ship the replacement.
Honestly, I don’t trust it. I still have less than 15 days to open a dispute, and I know once that time runs out, buyer protection is gone. I’m not sure if I should risk it or just open the dispute straight up.
Has anyone experienced this before?

You've got options but follow your heart.
1. You can close the dispute as suggested and get a replacement from the seller. I've had a couple of scenarios that worked for me that way. If you're not lucky, you'll get a bad item again or not shipped at all.

2. You may decide to follow through your dispute and AliExpress frustrates you by asking you to return and get a refund or you win the dispute.

For me, I'll take my chances with the replacement option.

If you're lucky to get a refund via your payment method, please, keep an eye on your account cuz it seems AliExpress do call for that money back. I just noticed that 2 of my refunds were returned to AliExpress same day they were credited to my account 2 refunds, 2 banks, one last year while the other this year.

This may not be a regular thing but just keep an eye....in case.

My pain is the $65 coupon that got wasted, asides that the price of this tablet has drastically increased. Even with $40 off the best price i can see it's $400+

Same here, I just count my loss and move on. And I had planned those were going to be my last orders on AliExpress, before I stopped using their service

Blame is also the Government because Ali won't take strict and harsh judgment on Nigeria shoppers with this tragic refund method

This might be what I’ll settle for like this cos it’s a tablet that I ordered, Xioaxin Pad Pro 2025.

BTW, Check Goldway Store (I ordered my own tab from them), they have Y700 2025 for $295, Lenovo Smart Store has the global variant for $342 if you have some Coupons, you might be able to reduce the price - that’s if there’s a guaranteed way to have it delivered to you.

I guess I’ll just have no other options than to wait till 15 days before buyers protection ends to request refund cos all indications so far means I’m not getting what I ordered. Hopefully I won’t have issues with Kuda when it’s time to process my refund.

My mistake was not checking on here before I proceeded to make my order, I just might have not gone ahead with the purchase.

This is really really a terrible experience.

BTW, were you able to get your refund on all of them?
