| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 11:36am On Feb 02 |
They respond to me; however, Zrosk is cool. I have their WhatsApp. The current YTD of Zrosk is 10.11. mikeayus: |

Alright, chief. May we all succeed. Iamblessed88: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 11:54am On Feb 02 |
While the others I know are still at 6.90 or 7.10, Zrosk is currently at 10.11, which is the highest YTD to date. Although DLM's customer service is effective and manages everything flawlessly, there are a few glitches when registering, which can be solved by reaching out to them. There are numerous fund managers with respectable fixed incomes; it is always possible to determine which one best suits one's needs. |

EquityM:It's funny , really. Do you know that even access to the log in page is difficult to come by ? Whee is the log in link and how to I go about applying the OPT , please! Cos, I just got a message from them now with bank details to deposit and all but funny how they don't even bother to provide me or answer my question as regards my log in details and procedures. By the way , you've been a source of inspiration so yes, I have joined CS fixed today. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Smattrader: 12:48pm On Feb 02 |
EquityM:Zrost, is it fixed or equity you are referring to? |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 12:51pm On Feb 02 |
Bro, they sent me their account details, I paid, and they set up everything for me. Once you pay, they will send you an OTP to log in. Bro, this is Nigeria; one has to go with the system. Smattrader: |

Arizona86:You better go buy that land & start building your house gradually if u don't have a house of your own. If u take out 12m, u still have a balance of around 3 to 4m, u can start building your portfolio with that while u build ur house gradually. Truth is paper investment interest rate can never match land inflation. We are talking about naira here not even dollar. The only advantage paper investments have over land is cash flow & liquidity. The only two assets that match land inflation is Bitcoinn & gold, most especially Bitcoinn. One bedroom that was going for just 250k in my area 5 years ago, is now going for 1.5m to 2m, a land a friend bought for 3m in lugbe is now selling for 30m, which paper investment wan match that one. This land they are telling u 12m now, come back in 4 years, the price go shock u. By then Mutual fund interest rate fit don drop sef, because these paper investments follow inflation rate stated by govt which is not a true reflection of the actual inflation rate. |

I agree with you, bro. However, he must not neglect his investment, maintenance, housing cost, and bad tenants; he might not make the house investment on time. Nevertheless, he should buy the land quickly and start doing something on it, as you stated earlier. Jayce242: |

EquityM:Yes o he is good. Used to be an analyst with one of the bulge bracket investment banks. I think either Goldmansachs or JP Morgan. Stanbic equity fund or MMF? For the MMF, i noticed they always bump up the rates on the last day of the month. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 3:44pm On Feb 02 |
Stanbic share is now 118 naira. The highest of all banks in Nigeria. I will make good money from Zrosk equity today. Iamblessed88: |
