saddler:I guess you're jealous they don't have long claws running through their faces like they survived ancestral hunger and near misses from the paws of a hungry tiger. Worry about you and your folks. |

Ezeama400:You are right if you say they were marginalized by the Edo State government for years. They are not the only far community that was also marginalized by the corrupt Edo State government since 1999. Oronigbe is also marginalized. Okpella and Agenebode is also seriously marginalized. But that does not mean Igbanke is an Igbo community. Go to History, the founder of Igbanke and Oronigbe are from the ancient Benin Kingdom. |

ogaemma:One question for you.. What is the language of Igbanke ? I believe the answer to this question will put this argument to rest. |

Ezeama400:Oga are you in Nigeria at all? When money comes, even the gods and goddesses do obey. The ancestors cooperate . There is nothing like consequences when billions is involve. 9ja for you. |

Ezeama400:Their ancestor spoke Bini. But today their Bini have been corrupted. Their names do still reflect the Bini ancestry. You see names like Nosa, Agho, Osahon, Idahosa, Ogbemudia, Idemudia etc Those are rooted Bini names by ancestry. With trade and business, the Igbos entered there and corrupted their language. Till death, Bishop Benson Idahosa said he is a full Bini man. Is on video. |

ogaemma:Benson idahosa was an orphan so you can't really tell which tribe in Edo state he was from. Brig Samuel Ogbemudia was igbo from igbanke. His name before the war was Chinedu Ogbemudia and was from Igbo-akiri community. Ogbemudia in igbo means my neighborhood is here to stay. |

almarthins:We have passed this level.. You don’t compare Anioma with Ogoja.. The point is not just about Anioma, the main focus is balancing the SE which is inevitable.. Ogoja didn’t get the level Anioma is right now now.. |

43Ronin:Benson Idahosa said he was a full Bini man untill death. He never claimed Igbo neither did General Samuel Ogbemudia. |

Some people wi soon start crying over this news, just out ofhatred for Igbos, even though this is completely non of their business. nobody touched their lands, nobody called them, but they will come to hate for free. |

ogaemma:Igbos share a common boundary with Ibibio, and even Ogonis.. We did business with the aforementioned tribes for centuries.. How come we didn’t corrupt their original language despite their small numbers ? I would advice you to focus on your Benini kingdom, and allow people to embrace their identity in peace. Thanks ! |

Extra state creation, in any part of the country, should not be contemplated for now. |

You people celebrate every nonsense push to you. What has been the benefits of the current States you have to the teeming poor masses in Igboland. The politicians truly understand how to dribble you guys. Election is around the corner and all tricks must be deployed to maintain the status quo. Igbophobia: |

Ezeama400:Ogonis and Ibibios are large in numbers. Corrupting them is not easy. Igbanke ancient descendants are very few, just a farm settlement population. I have been to Igbanke and know their heritage very well. First go and do your fact check - Who was the man who founded Igbanke and Oronigbe. If they are not from the ancient Benin Kingdom, I will apologize to you. I will try and get some Bini history and scan to you. |

ogaemma:You are crying more than the bereaved. You have never been there, you can't even locate them on the map yet you believe you know them better than they know themselves. You need Andrew liversalt to stop this purging. Stop being a busy body in other people's matter |
