Stop talking as if other states dont have this too. In Oyo state wey no get Money reach Lagos also has General Hospital and every Ward has a PHC.

And this didnt start today. There is a reason why Doctor Beko ransome kuti was called the father of PHC. He was the one under the Babaginda administration that pushed the drive for States to have a PHC closest to the people and most States followed suit.

Stop talking as if na only Lagos has PHC. Oyo had Funticional PHC for that matter that attends to mother and child delivery. At least I'm sure of that

Yes, Lagos is ahead of every other state in Nigeria when it comes to infrastructure but let me ask you a question;
Can Lagos toe to toe with Rabat, johannesburg, Cairo, Nairobi, Addis Ababa and Co?
Is Lagos a slum when compared to some of the biggest cities in the world? The answer is clearly "yes".
That Lagos tops the chatting Nigeria doesn't mean its doing well.
Most people that criticise Lagos want Lagos to grow.
You're not passionate about Lagos than them. We want more from Lagos we deserve more from Lagos.
To whom much is given, much is expected.
Kudos to the government for improving our PHC we need more of this.

Can you say the same for Osun, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti? You're talking as if it's the ingenuity of the SW people that has made Lagos what it is. If so, why do we not have the development replicated in other SW States? Ogun State which is closest to Lagos doesn't even come close.

What huge income? How many of you really pay taxes?
With huge income also comes with huge responsibility. All of you are running into Lagos on daily basis. Another 1000 will arrive into Lagos today from your side alone.
Putting too much pressure on all government services.
How many of those hawking gala and plantain are paying taxes or contributing in any way to the State income?
Yet they will use the State clinics, roads, bus terminals, schools and many other services.
Abia has less income and it also has way less people to care for.
