abc115:Nonsense! Who tells you that Lagos never sleeps? Lagos is very dull and dangerous at midnight. Can you go out and pick any random commercial taxi or bus at 12am -3am anywhere in Lagos if you take your life serious? In the midst of darkness! You can only go out at those time of the night if you have your own vehicle or you call someone you know to come pick you. Otherwise, you may be gone for life. If you want to see a city that never sleeps, go to Accra, Ghana where you have constant electricity and taxis and buses plying the roads 24/7 and you don't have to know or call the driver to come pick you 6 Likes |

The City is inanimate... It's not supposed to sleep nor is it meant to be awake.  It's a mega city with businesses running at various and odd hours... Which means residents will sleep at different hours based on the businesses they run or work for. This is a sharp contrast to other cities where most businesses and offices open and close at uniform times. 3 Likes |
