Forex is the hardest way to make easy money..If you've 1000 $ equity, then be disciplined enough to make 2% of that equity as your daily target and then compound it for a month if you want to go into as a full time Job. Make withdrawal and pay yourself as if it were a job. The good thing is that since it avails you the opportunity to earn in foreign currency, you might end up earning more than average an Nigerian earn in a month.
Small lot sizes = small losses= small gains
You learn more in your losses than your wins
You do not hold losses in FX, you only hold profit.

The comments I have come across here makes me laugh. I have been trading Forex for sometime now and it sounds very funny when I hear people say it's gambling. Trading Forex is a very valuable skill I will advise any jobless Nigerian youth out there to acquire. Instead of venturing into fraud acquire this honourable Skill that can give you financial freedom.
Enroll for a course with any of the trusted mentors around to learn the basics. Practice on Demo for sometime then start with a small capital or even get a prop firm account and earn some money when you pass. Set targets, avoid being greedy, be disciplined and with patience you will start making money consistently.
Forex is not a scam please and you don't need a $1000 account to be making $20 daily. If you have an edge in this business you can make more. This is a $70 account that I started trading yesterday and this is the balance today.

O don't know about the up North guys you are talking about o, I am talking about the ones in the Southwest. I know there are registered BDCs that get the dollars officially from CBN, so those abokis are just like agents to the BDCs, like their staff/workers, that's what I know.

My take is , either you're going to be a forex trader or not , just try to learn it at the same time try self discovery .. you see forex is Business done globally where we come with our styles of doing it .. institutional funds trading it also are their to make profits , they employ great people with rules , simple repeatable process, once target hits , they call it a day .... And most of this is done on just one 1assets , they've fully studied , collect enough data histories.. 95 or 99% will lose as generally says because they lacks what the 1% club were doing .. 95% scalps , want to make all of the profits because trading will end today , going in and out every now and then , 95% is looking at 10 assets to trade because he want to make all of the profit on them , 99% in trading is AVERAGE MEN while 1% is doing what the average men were not doing , in trading average man has enough hope in loss than in winning, that is one of the main reason you hear all of this loss loss loss loss , getting stopped out while winnings are just 0.75cent of $ , 1$ . You see, there's a lot to trading but it is the best knowledge to have .. Lets be friends and we'll talk more about it .. trading is not comparable to Sport Bet or Lotto because you can't learn anything there in sport bet or lotto as you'd learn in trading ..

When you have the mentality to like loss the account you will definitely loss it but when you have this mind set of a marathon journey and not a sprint then you are on a long way.. even when you eventually loss the account you tend to learn something from it..

Many people have spoken the partial truth about forex that you would lose all, lose most of the time and take long time to become profitble after losing much. Thats 100% correct. But what they forgot to mention or dont know is this, for a very complex and huge market like forex, YOU DON'T VENTURE INTO IT WITHOUT ANY EXPERIENCED GUIDE. you would have to learn from your own losses in that case and it can be for a very long time of losses like most people have been pointing out here so far. Its clear to see their foolish mistake is venturing into it on their own. Theres a proverb that says follow a man that has gone twice through the road you are about to take so you wont fall into errors and costly mistakes. The same applies in anything you want to venture into, whatever business it is. Its always far much easier that way. There are people making consistent profits from forex although very few. There are many reasons why people loses most of the time in forex and one of them is greed, uncontrolled emotions. Nothing punishes greed in this world like forex. Sometimes i trade just 2 or 3 times in a week and am satisfied with whatever i get. You can check my profile.

You just try to remove that gamble mentality then you will be fine is already an habit.. so you just have to like switch it.

In my opinion forex trading is better than crypto because crypto is all hype and really has no solid assets backing it

I prefer crypto to forex in cryp u can stake, buy during the pre-sale, u can invest for future , u can invest in stable coin and still make immediate profi.

Exness different types of instrument on Metatrader for you that thinks Forex is same as crypto.

but all those instruments are based on speculating i.e. predicting future price movements, same as forex.

I trade FVGs, 4hr, 1hr, 30min, 15min and 5min timeframes. Avoid the US Session because of Liquidity sweeps. However, you can wait for the sweeps to take place before you enter a trade to avoid stories that touch.

I am a full time forex trader and I will tell for a fact that you will lose a lot of money for the next 3 to 4 years or more depending on how you master yourself and until you figure out how to master the market.
Yes,you can make it in the market but not immediately. If you no get mind,no put body o. A lot will happen in your life that will make you hate it during the period you are trying to figure things out in the market.
I have been in it full time in the last 3 ½ years and I can tell you it's hell but it's getting better.
I can tell you for free, you will lose ALL. Just make sure you have backup funds or you have something you are doing that gives you steady income that will support the loses you will incure in forex.

Make I add: It is also very addictive and once you start,you might not be able to stay out of it. So in the long run, it is either you get serious and make it from there or it ruin you life. (This is a FACT)

My losses in over 16yra of Forex trading is more than my gains. I have to be blunt. I can give it 60 losses 40 profit.

If after 16 years you're still making losses it means forex trading is not for you, you should try something else
