For some time now, Raven app also known as BestStar MFB has held people's funds and they are unable to withdraw.

How can one possibly retrieve ones money from this bank. Is there any govt agency we can report to.

Their customer care channels are unresponsive

I just attempted a transaction on my Raven app and it went seamlessly so I don't understand what gave rise to this post you made
