Just like Umahi's concrete roads in Abakaliki, the ongoing concrete section by Infiouest in parts of Abuja-Kaduna Road are already beginning to fail, whereas the Julius Berger sections remain solid, smooth and urban. Julius Berger's asphalt technology is greater than Infiouest (Umahi's) concrete technology. Who advised Umahi to revoke that project from Julius Berger? 1 Like |
