True to that word but 70-80% of happiness is money linked. If you have money your rate of doing evil is decreased and vice versa and if you don't have money your rate of doing evil is decreased and maybe vice versa too.

Money does not buy happiness. You can have money and still be empty. True happiness comes from God.
