it's obviously not annually. No government job pays graduate entry level 750k annually not even Ministries that pay poorly would pay you that amount annually. In the same Vein, that amount can't be monthly because FMBN isn't even an A-agency. Just do your findings but I think the salary should be decent.

No you cant, the Agency you are transferring to, should be the one to request for your service through a letter, secondment is a bit easier than transfer of service these days...Get a strong connect where you are going and let them give you a letter.... Start with secondment for 2 years renewable for twice only and then seek for a permanent release from your office.
