With run a proper medical tests to know what's.
My advice, visit a medical laboratory for test thereafter take the medical test to a pharmacist

Dear OP,

I beg you, don't self-medicate as it can complicate your respiratory system in the long run, thereby affecting how you sustain an erection. This is usually the reason many men release quick but they don't know.

Go do Urine MCS test in a private lab, and if you're in Lagos, you can see the doctor for 3k naira and get tested for like 5k or 10k. You'll show the doctor the test result and he will recommend medications you can get at the pharmacy.
There are like 15 medications that treats respiratory infections (STI), it's only during test that they will recommend the best 2 or 3 to treat your STI.
If you are in Lagos and don't have money, visit the nearest primary health center and go to the lab, the will do urine MCS test for you for 5k and you'll get the result 3 days after they have studied the kind of infection through your urine; then they will recommend medications for you.

Please do it this way to avoid spending money on trial and error that will make you spend 100k+ on something 17k can cure.

Please note that these bacteria are living things and they often develop resistance to drugs, so the Urine MCS test is the best way to follow.

I am a pro-herbal person o, but in this case, western medication has an edge because of their extensive lab study on this case. Zobo, moringa, garlic, cranberry juice, even weed are good herbal alternatives, but please, go through the Urine MCS way.

Make I help you because of God. No try this rubbish again o.

Get doxycycline, trimodazole (septrim 960mg) and erytromicine. Take one tablet each morning and evening. After the first day you won't feel anything again. Cures gonorrhea too.

Come back and quote me if it works for you and I'll comment here the herbal mix you can use for almost all infections. With 2k you can buy the things needed for it by yourself

I support this advise.....run to the hospital immediately and see a doctor. Don't joke with your life.....this is the best advise.....

Am sorry this happened to you. I would honestly suggest you get tested for HIV and every other sexually transmitted diseases especially herpes. My brother, do not self medicate. And naija girls fear them.

That much he wrote was very correct. 😂 Especially advising the guy not to self medicate but seek an appropriate treatment protocol. However he refered to the guys wahala as respiratory Infections then in bracket (STI). He is right that it could be an STI but STI's are not respiratory infections. 😂 STI's are infections that can be contracted primarily through sexual intercourse. Respiratory infections are infections gotten and spread through droplets of sneezes and cough..(Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Sore Throat etc)

But from his symptoms it could be several STI's and mainly Gonorrhea..
In that case Azithro wouldn't do any magic cos most Gonorrhea strains are resistant to it
His best bet is to get tested first and be certain of the infection, then get an appropriate prescription
