There is nothing like opposition in Nigeria of today.
Obi is just looking for where to chop awoof like in 2023 but everyone don wise, no one is falling for his fake tactics again He should go and accept vice president slot from ADC.

As for Atiku, that man is not serious; he's only interested in running for election every 4 years. El Rufai is doing a great job, while Rotimi Amaechi has no electoral value.

The interesting thing is that people like Morris Monye spent a lot of their personal money on the Obi campaign in 2022 and 2023. They spent time, money and made sacrifices for the campaign.

I often wonder how they and their colleagues that are still in the movement would feel if they saw comments by people who did nothing but make noise online.

It's very interesting.

The thing is outside of his Twitter bubble, he carries no tangible influence, reason he's always running away from primaries. If he is a serious person, there are many issues he has tweeted about that he shouldn't - instead, he would have worked with his LP senators and HoRs to lobby for reforms in our legislative chambers. Instead of twitting when Tinubu was executing state of emergency in Rivers state, Obi would have worked behind scene to mount a barricade in the chambers, even if he doesn't succeed in stopping Asiwaju. He would have shown he wields real influence. But no, he'd rather hide behind banger tweets and be cheered on by his minors like a clown in the circus.

What am I even saying. This man lost many key figures in his obidient camp because of his lackadaisical attitude. Morris and Akin comes to mind - these are people that put their lives on the line for him and were spending their personal resources to push him. Lol... i see some deranged folks up there saying he's a one man opposition. Opposition ko, roadblock ni. You think it's by tweet? Even Sowore without Obi's level of money is a far better opposition to Tinubu's administration.

The so called opposition are not opposition but disgruntled elements. Majority of them are not happy because Tinubu did not include them in his government hence, the became opposions overnight. El Rufai, for example. Aregbesola is in opposition because he has trouble with Tinubu. Besides, almost all of them have been in power in the past, what did they do better. Obi is not even an opposition but a desperate lazy politician who wants to be president.

He isn't far from the truth.

Sometimes you'll even see people in the opposition attacking themselves.

Like Sowore attacking PO or attacking AA.

With the daily events happening in Nigeria recently, a strong opposition could've roasted this APC government and their cohorts.

Opposition that wakes up in the morning and asks why's the president not in the country...... More like a child who sleeps and wake up and start crying because no one's at home...

you should know obidient minions are bunch of ingrate,almost all the people that worked with bitter obi in last election have all left him just because of his uncouth and uncultured supporters who think bullying and insulting anyone against their Agulu package is a strategy to gain more supporters…..I blame the people who voted for him in the last election, by next year, they will see damage they have really caused their candidate by making more enemies for him, they have learnt absolutely nothing…..the good news is, obi will never be Nigeria president

Truly true. The kolanut eating ones in the North are divided decisively or just awaiting the rain of dollars at the upcoming primaries, as for Obi, I think he loves praise singers more this period, appearing virtually everywhere, most of which are good but unnecessary.
They should read the script once again, it was never by always trying to humiliate every contrary opinion or personality...

See how majority of APC guys saw it as an opportunity to lash out at obi. Atiku becomes he that must not be mentioned.

Fact is that APC got their acts earlier than ADC. This by no means mean that ADC may not give them a run for their money.

There are 33 approved and registered political parties in Nigeria as at today. APC is just one of them. I don't think anyone is harassing or have arrested Obi and Atiku for spreading lies against the Government. Those who ruined Nigeria under Buhari are mostly in the opposition today because they were rejected by this Government yet Asiwaju neglected their desperation.
Only two opposition leaders gave Jonathan a run for his money while today there are many of them opposing the Government including a scatter scatter group of vindictive haters called obedients.

Part of the problem the APC has today is that all the noise they made while opposing the PDP by stating how Good governance should be administered together with all the campaign promises they made back then in 2015 have now come back to expose them as either liars or clueless or both!

Because now that they are completely in charge for 10+ years, they are yet to show the masses in every ramifications, how they are different from PDP they chastised and castigated so much back then... All in the name of playing opposition!

It wouldn't have been a bigger advantage if Obi had accepted to contest under APGA as he has always pleaded.

The so-called oppositions of today are just wannabes. The real opposition figures in the history of Nigeria politics are the people who are now in power. This has created a vacuum which the new crop of opposition figures cannot occupy. Take for instance Atiku, Kwankwaso, El Rufai and Obi - - have they ever engaged in serious activism and political struggle before? Where were they when NADECO members were fighting military regimes of IBB and Abacha? Where were they during June 12 struggle? Have they ever teamed up with people like Gani, Enahoro, Bola Ige and others before? No!

That's why they can't succeed today as opposition because they can't give what they don't have.

I was once ANTI-APC until I discovered the oppositions did not know how to be an opposition and that's the major problem with the opposition.

APC coming from AD, ACN, CPC, NNPP,etc has years of experience in the act of being at the end of the barrel... And there were not much distractions back then unlike these days, where social media trends and TikTok dances are the order of the day
