Apart From Real Estate, Agric, Trading What Other Legit Investment Options Exist by Emmolap(op): 8:34am On Feb 06
One thing I have learned in life is that our environment, knowledge, and level of understanding significantly influence the decisions we make. Recently, I came across a post where a lady discussed mutual bond as an investment opportunity. It made a lot of sense to me, so I decided to research it further and discovered that it is indeed a legitimate option.

Prior to this, most of my knowledge about investments revolved around buying landed properties, cryptocurrency, and trading goods for resale which are all valid investment approaches. However, this experience made me realize that there may be other legitimate investment options that I am not yet aware of.

Nairalanders, please kindly share any genuine investment opportunities you know. I will carry out my own due diligence before making any decisions.

I like how you framed this

One thing I’ve also noticed is that many people only discover new investment options by accident not because they aren’t smart, but because exposure is limited

Beyond mutual funds and bonds, there are asset-backed cash-flow investments that sit somewhere between traditional business and passive investing

For example, sectors like logistics, leasing, and executive mobility generate monthly income because demand is ongoing, not speculative. The asset is tangible, income is structured, and exit terms are clearer than most people think

I recently structured an executive mobility investment model around this idea, mainly because I saw how under-explored it is despite strong demand.
I’ll attach a brief visual summary for anyone curious due diligence is always key.
