We deserve that. Right to hire and fire leaders
Re: Obidients Plan Protest At National Assembly by jaxxy(m): 9:49am On Feb 06
Good but more importantly there should be a unified opposition and this will require compromises.

Why the protest?

What do they have to hide or what is their intent that they don't want to make it mandatory?
There are tens of thousands of polling units scattered in rural areas across the country where there is no internet access or GSM network.

If you make it mandatory that only results uploaded directly to the irev servers remotely should be accepted, then you will end up disenfranchising millions.

If you insist on having remote uploads to the server then you will need to fund INEC to purchase tens of thousands of Starlink terminals.

You people will get what you want. Prison get space well. The senators under your party has addressed this issue. But if you still want to proof rubbish put body.
If you want them to keep ruling you and spending your fortune on carrying Tiktok women that's your luck. People who are patriots and want the best for the Nation will do what's right so your opinion doesn't count.

If PO and Atiku didn't join this protest then they aren't serious about next year elections and it's an indication that they are all in the same ship with PBAT.

Re: Obidients Plan Protest At National Assembly by tincityboy(m): 9:59am On Feb 06
The protest should be to British High commission... They will never allow free and fair elections in Nigeria...

Aren't they budgeting billions for these elections? If not coz of corruption, what's starlink devices that you think they won't be able to afford?

Foolishness will be their name if they join.

Do you know that there are tens of thousands of communities in Nigeria were there is no GSM network or available internet?

These communities host several Polling Units.

If you insist that only results uploaded remotely to the iREV server be accepted then you will automatically see to millions in these affected areas automatically disenfranchised and their votes annulled.

Sense no dey obidients head at all.

I want to believe that you lack exposure on the Internet penetration in Nigeria, what happens to the use of satellite network like starlink that's created for remote areas with no Internet penetration, the election results from each ward is not even up to 10 MB which can easily be transmitted by 3G network which is even available in over 70% of Nigeria as we speak.
If PO and Atiku failed to join the protest they have already lose the next year elections which will eventually send them to political oblivion.

If PO and Atiku should join it might be stronger than Endsars protest, this is their subtle opportunity to unsit APC just like how APC used the GEJ subsidy removal as an edge. I will see ADC as an unserious party should they failed to be at the forefront of this protest
