![]() This is an islamic jihadist economy. They should list the countrys that has adopted this islamic jihadist nonsense. They are all terrorists countries supporting terrorism in other countries The fake certificate holder is systematically transforming Nigeria to a full fledged Islamic country like he promised to continue where Buhari stopped. Sheikh Gumi was desperately asking, commanding tge fake certificate holder to go to a terrorist country like Turkey to seek patnership. He should reject assistance from the West. Nigerians are sleeping. You people don't know what is happening in your own country. The country will soon be over runned by terrorists |

| Re: Tinubu Launches National Halal Economy Strategy To Tap Global Market by ismodiwa(m): 9:08am On Feb 07 |
Halal simply means "Things that are allowed or lawful" Nigeria is not an Islamic country and you all are benefiting from the proceeds of Islamic Banking. Stop being sentimental or religiously biased. |

We have the potential to become the Halal Economy Hub in Africa. Lack of a clear policy framework has always been the issue. I'm glad concrete steps are coming to light now. Cheers to progress. By the way, a lot of halal initiatives rely on truly ethical people, who will comply with implementation standards 100%. Naija factors on my mind ![]() |

2mch:You did not get my point. It is the "halal" word - that Islamic word that me (and I know a lot of others) are against - in a secular country. You can give your "ponmo" whatever other convenient name you want to call it. We don't care! Just don't tie it to any religion or make it have some religious connotation. Halal, Sukuk, Shariah, Hijrah etc etc are all Islamic names. Keep that to yourself in your corner as a Muslim. Don't bring into our "collective" discourse as a nation. It is wrong to do so in a secular country. |

ismodiwa:When I was offered the "interest free Islamic banking loans" I refused it. I have seen some Islamic ETFs creeping into the financial markets with some "benefits". I did not sign up for them. I don't want them. I go for the regular normal banking models I am used to. And this speaks to whatever it is that is the intention of our Muslims brothers. I will advise that you keep these things to your adherents alone. Stop trying to basically "force" it on others - you may not know, but that's what you're doing. |

ono:It’s not about your point. You are just not educated enough on the subject and should seek clarification instead of speaking out of ignorance. Halal meat is a massive industry on its own abroad. It is said to be a cleaner way of raising livestock than the hormonal meat presented by Western countries. Even Christians buy Halal. It doesn’t mean Islamization. It’s just the naming and how Muslim raise beef. It’s a massive market Nigeria can tap into since we have the resource readily available. |

YThe problem with the idiots is they don't want to hear anything Islam at all even if they are dying in abject poverty. Ideology bondage is a serious curse. |
| Re: Tinubu Launches National Halal Economy Strategy To Tap Global Market by ono(m): 1:53pm On Feb 07 |
gloryman91:You get that right. Some of us will die in our "bondage" than to be associated with anything from another faith - not just Islam. How about that? |
| Re: Tinubu Launches National Halal Economy Strategy To Tap Global Market by ono(m): 1:54pm On Feb 07 |
2mch:We don't care! Give it another name - in Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba - and don't bring Islam into it. Is that a hard thing to do? If you MUST bring Islam into it, sell it to your adherents in a Mosque or somewhere you have Muslims. You guys think it's the Muslims only that have a "cleaner" way of raising livestock. I don't even want to start. Just let it rest abeg. |
| Re: Tinubu Launches National Halal Economy Strategy To Tap Global Market by 2mch(m): 2:18pm On Feb 07 |
ono:Well, that’s the name and nothing you can do about it. Nigeria is going to exploit the opportunity. I am Christian and I eat Halal. You are Christian and eat Halal meat too. |

| Re: Tinubu Launches National Halal Economy Strategy To Tap Global Market by AlphaTaikun: 4:12pm On Feb 07 |
seunowa:The "halal economy" is a significant global niche market. Halal banking (or non-interest banking) has indeed helped economies and businesses around the world to grow regardless of people's faith. The Sukuk bonds for road constructions have also been of great benefit to those folks in Africa. |

AntiChristian:He has heard your question! He will answer you in His time. In the interim hear this: From Jesus to you from Revelation 1:18 says I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. |
