We designed this building to look like a duplex from the outside, but it’s actually a mini flat apartments

The goal was to achieve a duplex appearance
while maximizing rental units

"For the filling sand. The laterite sand (red filling sand), we need 35/ 38 trips. A trip here is 120k but I got only one person who agreed 110k a truck owner.
The workmanship I'm yet to see. I want to use Hausa boys which will be cheaper than our people"

It depends on the state and size of truck.
In the east, a truck of red soil/laterite is 50k .

The quantity of cement to be used depends on the sqm of the total job... If they've already used 350 bag then what they have already covered should be more than 750 sqm..

I don't know the size of your building, and overlo😒
ading can caused what happened. If you are using a single phase distribution board, it means all load will be on a phase and it can overloading if the size and the rating of the main breaker is lower than the internal load.
If you change to 3-phase distribution board it means all load will be distributed on the the 3-phase .

Again the breaker might be inferior too because there a lot of fake breakers in the market theses days.

I received a call from a client this week Wednesday telling me that they have issue on a yellow phase. The breaker has already melted and the cable has started burning. We visited and check what happened, on getting to the estate we discovered all breakers are fake and the rating of the breaker is not up to what was written on the breaker. We brought a new breaker and change the breaker that got burnt. Now we about 17 breakers in the estate of panel . They even use Schneider breaker bought from Alaba.

So, you might need to check the breaker very well too.

Compound flooring doesn't come cheap to be honest. It is better to mix it up with greenery, trees, flowers and lawns but we dey fear snakes.

Please o, is casting round at the lintel level sufficient for the use parapet in a bungalow without vertical beams? The land is very solid, and blocks output per bag of cement is 35/36

No. They only said lets start with 250 bags. Then, we bought another 100.

We are on this project in warri!
