We’re not convincing at all, I suspect one embarrassing defeat would come soon, it’s not sustainable playing like this |

drisham:Top 5 will qualify us for Champions league and it is better for Man City to win and let Liverpool drop away |

God knows how Chukwueze be looking like a powerful. pacy, hardworking and decisive player on the LW for Fulham but an absolute weakling on the RW for Nigeria Chukwueze should be used as sample by Popizaino of playing players on the same side as their strong foot |

Nemesis0147: Nemesis0147:I don’t think it’s as poor as it may appear when you properly consider EPL scorelines. For a player to score a hattrick, it means his team must score at least three goals in that matxh, and such scorelines are not common in the league, even when they do occur, it is still rare for one player to account for all three goals. To further support this point, Cole Palmer is the ONLY PLAYER in Premier League history to have scored three first-half hat-trick. That alone shows how rare and difficult it is for a player to score a hat-trick. |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Amethyst101(m): 2:14pm On Feb 08 |
Nemesis0147:In the League, yes. But overall, in all competitions, he still has a lot to do to reach Jimmy Greaves' record of 13 hat tricks The three goals give the 23-year-old 51 for his Chelsea career (114 appearances) — the 41st player to reach that mark in club history — but it was his fourth hat-trick for us already, in less than three years. That means he’s now tied with Didier Drogba in number of hat-tricks for the Blues, and is just one behind the likes of Frank Lampard and Peter Osgood. And all four of Palmer’s hat-tricks have come in the league, which now gives him more Premier League hat-tricks in Chelsea history than anyone else (Didier and Super Frank both had three, as did Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink). |

MorataFC:I think it's more down to the fact that Chelsea haven't really had top-performing strikers in the league. Haaland alone in his first season in the PL had 4, and is now on 8, alongside Henry and Kane. Aguero has the most hat tricks with 12. |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Ibime(m): 4:48pm On Feb 08 |
Amethyst101:Jimmy Greaves scored way more than 4 league hattricks Record keepers these days often only give stats from 1992 when the Premier League was formed. They just changed the name of the league from Division 1 to Premier League which unfairly erases the history of everyone that came before 1992 like Jimmy Greaves |

City beating Liverpool is good for us because of the top 4 race but I want Pep flogged because of his over tinkering. 4:1 or 3:1 Liverpool! |
