DNA For who? For you, as what? As a social media gossip? What’s the proof she was sleeping around? I have not seen one till today, except gossip from Naira Marley and group who are trying to escape and distract from their own calamity.

Even after DNA, she will still inherit Mohbad’s property. Not his father, siblings or mother. This social media jamboree is a waste of time. Na the spouse de inherit before the children. So, this fight over inheritance targeting the child is just for gossip.

So you know better than the laws of the land how a deceased property is assigned at death? Sounds like you are the father and family member. That money you are fighting over, even transport to go home after court decides over the property, you will not see it.

The time you are wasting on Nairaland, go and file a petition or court injunction to stop the DNA process…

They should do the DNA test in one of the best hospitals in the UK or US, and the court clerk who will receive the report should be teleguided so that they will not go and clone or substitute the DNA report when the results arrive in Nigeria. I don't trust the court clerk....

In fact, both the paternal and maternal representatives should have access to the result from the source hospital and not from the court clerk.

Yes, they should do the test, maybe he was too dull to know better when he is alive. So if it was determined that the child is not his, the child should inherit him just because mohbad did not deny him when he was alive?
