You will not understand this story if you are not a victim. Public hospitals have not been working optimally for over 6 months. 1)Resident doctors were on strike for months. 2) Johesu went on strike weeks after the Doctors resumed from strike. And Nobody is talking about it. |

Dem no go add the number of people that went to meet their maker that period. 95% of Nigerians that died of health issues have no reason to be in the ground if that yeye country works. |

It's only doctors that are respected a bit in this mumu country, and it's very unreasonable. How can we have ministry and minister of health still having his job for 84 days after health workers still in strike? If it were doctors now, the strike won't last for more than 2 weeks |

You were on strike for 84 days thinking you were doing Tinubu but forgot that it's average and poor Nigerians who need the Public Hospitals not the Politicians or Rich folks. |

Unfortunately, the President was misadviced to believe that the strike will have no impact. The health sector has a peculiar problem that dates back to when Late Prof Ransome-Kuti created a discriminatory system in favour of his professional group. |

LabStores:The strike lasted for 84 days because doctors are still working. If doctors go on strike, even you will feel it. |

yomi007k:Learn to think and understand before commenting... What will I feel if doctors go on strike? What's my business with them? Besides, are private hospital doctors too on strike? The issue here is that, if it were doc that were on strike, it won't linger for this long. |

Medical laboratory scientists, Pharmacists, Radiographers, Nurses are grossly underpaid in Nigeria. Nigeria government renege easily on agreement and MOU. It is a pity that poor people bears the brunt. |

Tolumiide:Blame the government... 12 years of no salary review for workers while that of doctors have been reviewed 3 times. If you have a conversation with the hospital workers you'll understand.. working hard but being paid peanut. Some of the reasons some of them don't act friendly |

IPDGP:government does not care what happens in the government hospital...they travel abroad to receive medical treatment including with their children and families.. |

What do you expect when Tinubu and other politicians travel to abroad to receive medical treatments . and how do you expect them to care about the bad situation in government hospitals..it's a pity |

Bobloco:The problem with one-sided report is it paints one side wicked and the other a saint. Why is the report not listing the cause of the strike and johesu demand? |
