Yarimo, why's our master strategist scared of e-transmission of elections results? Why is he this scared of featherweight Peter Obi? 😂 A government that pride itself as a reformer should've reform INEC which is the bane of our electoral systems. You sponsored crises to weaken Oppositions, and still don't have the balls to reform INEC? Flimsy excuse that the country doesn't have internet connection all over. Does the country have motorable road networks all over to support INEC mobility and efficiency? |

Apparently, everyone supports electronic transmission of election results except Tinubu, the APC, with their 30+ governors, majority of senators, house of representatives members and their hoardes of supporters At least now we know who truly poses the greatest threat to Nigeria’s democracy and to the march toward free, fair, and credible elections. |

| Re: Engineers Back Real-time Electronic Transmission Of Election Results Nationwide by tuoyoojo(m): 8:33pm On Feb 08 |
The reason given for not transmitting results real time is laughable They say that some areas do not have network. At this time and age when you have satellite in space. What stops them from making a deal with Elon musk internet server as a back up if ours fails to get 100 percent coverage More pressure should be placed on the Senate for them to do the right thing, the lives of over 200 million people should not be jeopardize by the selfishness of less than 500 people |

RichBoy247:I want to ask: what is your problem with mandatory electronic transmission of election results from polling units? Why are you vehemently against it? |
| Re: Engineers Back Real-time Electronic Transmission Of Election Results Nationwide by Arabk25(m): 8:35pm On Feb 08 |
If senate finally makes the transmission mandatory wike and edo state governor fit commit suicide because rigging is the only way they can deliver the 2m votes they promised Tinubu |

By nature I fact check everything Who spoke on behalf of the society? Name How? Face to face , internet or telephone When ? Date Did th society meet have a discussion and release a statement? None of these questions is addressed in this article Does not mean it is not true? It could be true but it lacks substance But like I. Said I fact check everything I do not believe this story based on its content and presentation I expect a denial in the coming days |

It takes criminality to reject a secured.mode of transmitting election result. These same bunch of looters feel secured transferring billions and Trillions through a banks online platform but criminally argue against securing our votes. The entire Nigeria budget are transferred through online platforms. Even a microfinance bank builds a secured platform but the GIANT OF AFRICA is afraid of online transmission of.votes results. CBN and EFCC is penalising Nigerians for carrying physical cash but the looters are OK carrying physical voters result from one village to the city. |

GanagiBitrus:Same happened when COVID and Ebola arrived on the shores of Nigeria . The same will when they needed to amend electoral laws to ensure our useless , comatose and painfully slow justice system would attend to electioneering matters from tribunal, appeal and Supreme Court in just 6 months in a country where cases can last 24 years . They know it will mess up their mastered rigging system . They are a bunch of self serving criminals . Unfortunately the governed are not any different . They can never do these without the support of compromised citizens. |
