Role summary
Responsible for managing company various social media accounts.
Responsible for sourcing and onboarding used-car agents, mechanic, dealer partners, and relevant online channels (Facebook groups, Marketplace, Instagram, Jiji, WhatsApp groups).
Primary objective: generate verified leads that convert to completed deals.

Core responsibilities
Post daily car listing on each platform.
Create attractive content for increasing followers.
Identify and engage Lagos used car agents, dealer pages, group admins, and car-related accounts across all online platforms.
Present company terms clearly (we pay % of comission to external agents after confirmed sale).
Follow up online leads to ensure they become verified leads (phone-screening, schedule viewing), maintain channel relationships

Compensation
Base salary: ₦80,000 / month
Commission: ₦40,000 per confirmed completed deal (Paid immediately after receiving full amount of the deal)
Ladder bonus: If monthly confirmed deals ≥ 4, each additional deal pays an extra ₦5,000.
