In Kaduna, Five out of 23 local governments can be up to half of the population. That is the number of local government chairmen. In Osun, Ife East senatorial district has 10 out of 30 local government with 54 percent of total population. I have met some Kano indigenes that are Christians. So 90 percent Muslim will be hard for even the NW and it is simply not the reality for any other zone in the North more like 50/50 for the other zones.

I think there's relative calm now in Benue plateau. Next is core north. Obi might still win plateau

May be you're talking about the Igbo business men, so how can they make 10℅ of Kano population, how many are they entirely in the country!
