The Senate a few hours ago passed the amended elecoral act requiring optional transmission of election results either electronically or manually. This is a step in the right direction. Peter Obi and his agents of destabilization planned on holding the nation hostage with the cynical mandatory electronic transmission of results but now their plan have hit the rocks. You guys are not ashamed of your selves. You call your self giant of Africa but can't go electronic voting like other serious African countries. Still opting for manual transmission that is more prone to manipulation and rigging

This has always been the position of the amended act in order not disenfranchise a huge bulk of rural dwellers.

The Obidients knew this but said its better those ones affected who are mostly northerners get disenfranchised because they northerners will never vote their fraud.
