I am for electronic transmission too. But one thing most of those people shouting Tinubu is afraid don't know is that this changes nothing in terms of rigging, in fact, you might have played easily into the hands of APC for them to perfect the rigging.

1. In terms of it changes nothing: Will electronic transmission stop ballot snatching? will it prevent thugs disenfranchising some people? Will it stop them intimidating the local electoral officer on ground through bribe or forced to post a wrong result? and finally, will it stop a very simple code being written backdoor to do adjustments behind the scene before displaying online?

2. In terms of playing into the hands of APC: Now that everybody has shouted that it is live transmission or nothing. When one or all the methods of rigging above would have been done and APC wins you won't be able to talk again because you got what you fought for. Imagine the result sheet in a polling unit signed by the agents having APC 10, PDP 50, and ADC 20 but on the live transmission you are seeing APC 100, PDP 5, and ADC 2, wetin you go come do? go to court? and argue what? that they should follow the manual one, when you already fought that it's electronic you want.

People should be careful what they wish for. Electoral integrity goes beyond electronic transmission of results.
