The woman is advertising her business. The toilet is too luxurious. It’s like a club or spa’s type. A male hostel requires the type in pubs; a trough-style urinal where seven students can stand side-by-side while peeing. Those are super easy to clean and disinfect. Lack of maintenance will destroy this unit in a year or less.

Na maintenance be the koko, can that facility be maintained? So the fancy toilet is in faculty of chemical engineering, students of neighbouring faculty of science would want to use it. Students from Moremi and Marierie hostels right down the road would want to use it too. Except if they make that toilet out of bounds to students and make it a staff toilet, there's no way it won't crumble after students use it for a year or less

The question is can they maintain the toilets? The higher institutions facilities are always overcrowded and badly maintained. This has contributed to open defecation and in turn, prevalence of different deseases like typhoid.
