you are the one lying here. Any network can work in anywhere if ur government is serious. What's stopping them from giving those communities the amenities they needed if truly people living there are important? If government can't provide them what they voted them for, they should exclude them from voting because it has no meaning of voting when they cant see the impact.

Don't be daft. There's a difference between electricity and electronics. You can power electronics without your conventional electricity. That's why you have inverter and the likes. All INEC equipments can be battery powered.
