That's the shelve life of football coaching, hiring and firing. He will still get a better club and may prove himself there

Any idea why we don’t apply this concept to those allowed to emerge from among us into public office to SERVE the people in local, state and federal governments?

Eden's case was different, he won every UEFA trophy with CFC, he wore Madrid's shirt because of his childhood dream. Already, Eden went to Santiago at the end of his peak.

Oh no, he should have played arsenal before the sack na
We don't care. The team (Kudus and Richarlison out) to face Arsenal next week is even weaker than the one that got a 4-1 whooping at the Emirates.

Let's first take care of Brentford tomorrow night, then we focus on that one.

What happened to Newcastle with their super rich Arab investor? Money alone cannot make you a great club. With the challenges Man United have, it remains highly rated and talked about on and off the field.

judewrites:
Tottenham played bad last season, but were even worse this season.

But in-between they won the Europa cup at the expense of man United who is now fighting for champions League space.

The club needs a super rich Arab investor.

I Wonder , as if the man will do some magic.
chicfarmer:
Are you aware that most of the first team players were not available to him?
Tottenham has 11 first team players injured. What miracles were they expecting from him?

Kudus- out
Kulusevski- out
Maddison- out
Solanke- just returned
udogie??
Spence- out..... them plenty.
Re: Tottenham Hotspur Sack Coach, Thomas Frank. by sammiewrite(m): 3:36pm On Feb 11
They will appoint another coach, they will sack again, and their troubles will continue unless they replace their "awoof" recruitment tactic. Coaches are only as good as their players. Most of their players including the injured ones are average at best and Tottenham is the only club where they will be starters--not even at Aston Villa or New Castle or Brentford. If a club is bringing in more than three players in a transfer window, then they aren't buying quality. They are buying hype.

The fact remains that Tottenham needs money to upgrade to remain relevant, that's if they can survive being relegated.

The Club has taken the decision to make a change in the Men’s Head Coach position and Thomas Frank will leave today.

Thomas was appointed in June 2025, and we have been determined to give him the time and support needed to build for the future together.

However, results and performances have led the Board to conclude that a change at this point in the season is necessary.

Throughout his time at the Club, Thomas has conducted himself with unwavering commitment, giving everything in his efforts to move the Club forward. We would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him every success in the future.

This Man, you would have remain in Brentford

He was not bothered about his performance na, that's my point.....his career was nearly over when he left, he went to Santiago because of his dreams, he said it when he was at Lille even before coming to Chelsea. But the chances were slim for him then because Madrid had Ronaldo and the rest at that moment.....there was no chance he would be a regular starter. He came to Chelsea because Madrid had topstars then and he fell in love with Chelsea.

He changed meal routine which also contributed, he complained that the Spanish meals were giving him fatigue.
