Now for me I don't believe him so I took him to one white garment church not far from my house to seek for another spiritual prayers in my presence ☹️☹️☹️

I don't know about now.
There was also this house bought by one of my relatives who was a policeman in lagos. The said house was owned by one Ogun State man who sold it to the man. The policeman was married to one of our sisters who also lost her life in that struggle.
Each time d woman is at hone, she will see masquerade chasing her about. Inside d kitchen a masquerade will suddenly appear to her. It got to a point that they moved into an Apostolic church for relief. It was then the whole thing was revealed to them but by then d woman was seriously ill.
The revelation was that previous tenants in that house use to die every 3years before the previous owner eventually sold it to this policeman.

Also, there's a house I was taken to when I wanted to set up a hospital. I was asked to pay 4m for the house and the price was too good for such house. When I went to make my spiritual consultations based on experiences, I was told that d house is a no go area. Then I asked from people and I was told that someone once set up a clinic there and people were dying like water. It got to a point that in d morning u will see foot marks of blood on d tiles.
I have another uncompleted building that I wanted to buy last year. After I tried to negotiate d price, I came to a price with the owner. I went there packed some sand and went for my spiritual consultation....na so I was told that for me to buy d land, I will need to do some spiritual works that will cost me almost 400k. I was told also that the cause of the owners misfortune was when he bought d said land few years ago. And indeed the man is going through alot.

My friend bought a car and everyday it was from one problem to another....it wasnuntil one day he had a terrible accident with d car that they saw a very big juju tied under d car.

One man paid a furniture to build chairs for him. So d man decided to go to carry d chair by himself instead of initial arrangement that d furniture man was supposed to deliver d chair sets to his house.
So on that Sunday evening when himself and his boys were trying to load d chairs, d arm of d chair suddenly broke and a small earthen pot fell from d arm...d furniture man was begging that he will construct another more expensive chair for him that he shouldn't expose him. But d man exposed him. Na so d man for carry chair enter his house and will be facing misfortunes.

Things dey happen and experiences have taught me to be more careful.

When I came to port Harcourt newly, the house I liked and wanted to pay for was a 'mark' I didn't know. That day I was shocked when I tried transferring to the Landlord's account number that the agent provided, network wouldn't go through. I went to an ATM, no way, I tried POS, no way. I transferred from my account to same bank, my cousin's account number and it went through. Oya, cousin transfer to the landlord from your own account, his phone fell down and broke. Hmmm.

We told the agent we'd fix the phone before evening and come back. That same day in the evening, we fixed the phone, went back there, called the agent, he said he'd meet us in 45 mins. While waiting for him, a tenant came to us and asked whether we wanted to live there, I said YES. He said I should avoid the house that if I watch well there are six flats here and only him is remaining, others left because they either couldn't repay rent or they lost their jobs or they had terminal illness etc. He further told me he was working with a popular oil company before he parked in, he had over 20m in his account, after some months he lost his job, gradually he became wretched. He pointed at a small kiosk opposite and said, that's his drycleaner shop he's managing now. That his pastor said the cause of his misfortune was that house. He told different stories of all the previous tenants that left.
That was the day I confirmed that my spirit was strong, that's why the transfers refused to go through.

I hardly believe these things but sometimes we just have to listened attentively inwards.

Young man, you are just living life blindly. Your biggest mistake in this life is to doubt spirituality as a person. You are not just living blindly, but you are an easy prey.

Spirituality doesn't know whether you've studied it to be true or not. With the spirituality of Africans how comes they can't even feed themselves? Chinese people that don't rely on spirit beat you in every angle. If you say they have other religions, does that mean their religion is better than yours?
