If Fayose's post is true, then I really don't know what to say tbh.

All I'm certain of is that the ticket will lose before noon on election day.

Atiku couldn't beat Tinubu in the North in 2023 when Tinubu wasn't in power.

If that ticket materialises, the SE will be an insane rigging ground for APC due to the massive voter apathy that'll arise. Anambra will produce a million votes & APC will have 900,000. You'll be shocked.

He definitely won't win in the SW or MB either.

We might as well brace for Tinubu 2.0

Note, Atiku is NOT really contesting the forthcoming elections; he's a spoiler. That's the job he's been given to do; most ostensibly by Tinubu. Seyi Makinde is the wingman for that "job"; all of them are working for Tinubu - with ONE purpose of course, to SCHEME Obi out of the ADC ticket & then easily wait for 2031 (after hefty settlements and/or agreements from Tinubu) to contest with Makinde when it's properly North's time by Nigeria's traditional political arrangement!

This is the ACTUAL "game" that's going on behind the scene.

Even Fayose is just 'flying a kite'; he too is a 'workman' in the entire grandplan!

Atiku & Makinde may just be one of the cards Tinubu is playing; like he's always done.

Seyi Makinde worked for Tinubu in 2023 under the G-5; he's almost certainly working for him again while he & Atiku angles for the Presidency in 2031.

It's easy for Alhaji Atiku to wait the next four years (with solid agreement/compromise from Tinubu) to contest in 2031 when it's properly Northern Nigeria's 'turn'.

For all intents & purposes, Atiku and Seyi Makinde are all in this (working ESSENTIALLY for Tinubu, knowing that they don't & won't have a path to victory) to try to SCHEME Obi out of the ADC ticket to the Presidency.

All these outward bantering & playing to the gallery, we all know the game. They're ALL working for Tinubu - against one man, Peter Obi.

It is very possible.
The plan seem to be to lure Obi into the ADC and then cripple him there. The Northerners might just want Tinubu to finish his term and go. What Tinubu did so well with APC is to create a party that he can use to cement the domination of Nigerias politics by the north and the West.

Northerners might not like him that much after his first term, but if enduring him for another term proves very vital to ensure northern take over of government thereafter, they will pipe low and wait it out..

Peter Obi is in trouble.

He kept making grave mistakes left and right.

The first was running out of PDP to LP, instead of being Atiku's running mate in 2023.

The second was failing to restructure and strengthen LP after the election. If he did, there would be no reason running to ADC.

It's now becoming clear that Obi can't win the primaries in ADC. Atiku has a hold on the northern delegates and if Makinde comes in, Atiku will get the SW votes. Obi will be left with only delegate votes from SE.

And he is repeating the first mistake again - being too proud and big to run as Atiku's deputy.

Mind you, if Obi contest the ADC primaries and he loses, he can't contest primaries again in any party.

Obi is stuck. Then add the current mess Kwankwaso is in.

This is what happens when you don't work with logic but emotion.
