Mehn, you'll think 18mins is enough to answer 10 questions, until you begin. Luck might shine on some though as they may get easier questions especially in the numerical section. Was your third section process monitoring? You'll be monitoring like 7 things at a time, bro!!! SMH Corporatehitman: |

Corporatehitman:Help us by giving us insights on how they set the numerical questions, what to expect, topics and info that might help us yet to write…..if it’s difficult let us know what to face and how to combat it, maths topic or procedures to make resolving the questions faster. We are all in this together God bless any of you who can assist us in this amen. I plan take mine on Saturday since I work through the week. Any examples or even googled examples for us can help. Thanks and God bless you guys as you do |

just completed mine and these are my observations.... 1. simple but challenging... the numerical section says '10 questions' but it is actually atleast 40 questions because you have to calculate for all provided options and then move them accurately. I could not pass question 6. 2. the verify process is challenging as well. what even more challenging is keep the counts as your brain tries to catch up on other meters. if you selected 'I always complete all my tasks successfully' but went ahead to not complete that numerical, just take your current job seriously o. |

THE FACT THAT NO ONE IS MENTIONING THE INDUCTIVE MEANS EVERYONE DID WELL OR IS THINKING THEY HAVE DONE WELL IN IT RIGHT? |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Corporatehitman(op): 12:33pm On Feb 12 |

Please are engineering applicants to do the Inductive Reasoning or Process Monitoring? |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Hakeymco(m): 3:53pm On Feb 12 |
faceoftheweb:This is my issue with it as well, on a question you solve for at least four answers. I saw a pie chart that 3 parts made up 100%. No information given a part. And it can’t be blank as minimum is 5%. The questions are much than the time. It’s more crazy that each question is marked as a whole |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by elmessi(m): 4:01pm On Feb 12 |
It's not really graded as a whole. If you've done the SHL Interactive Practice Test you'd find out that each part of that same question has it's separate mark. So if in a single question you were able to answer two parts out of four, you'll be graded as such. Hakeymco: |

| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by JobsLever: 9:55pm On Feb 12 |
Zagabronx1:You can use onscreen calculator, apart from that limit the use of calculator your focus should be on the screen. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by tegak10: 10:32pm On Feb 12 |
anyone who did process monitoring, whats the structure of the question |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Bobokan: 10:46pm On Feb 12 |
For people asking about the use of calculator, I don't think it is allowed, given this clause in the test invitation email - "You must take the test honestly and independently, without collaboration or assistance from anyone or any external source." Calculator is an external source na, abi? |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Corporatehitman(op): 11:09pm On Feb 12 |
I received a warning during the test. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Wemimo5: 1:23am On Feb 13 |
For using calculator? Corporatehitman: |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Corporatehitman(op): 7:50am On Feb 13 |
Wemimo5:No, I didn't use a calculator. I received a warning because I pressed the windows key by mistake and there was a prompt that I would be disqualified if that function is used on the keyboard again. I didn't notice if there was an on-screen calculator and did not read instructions before starting the test. If there's no warning against the use of calculators, it may be okay to use them. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by 5igar: 8:26am On Feb 13 |
Bobokan:Finally i can post here after a whole week of waiting!...A lot of the people that have written told me they used a calculator. the test would be impossible to pass without one. Unless you be human calculator sha, because tell me how you go calculate 36% of 1155 and the likes with your head. Using an on screen calculator shouldnt even be possible because i remember that the browser you write the testy on wont let you have another tab or window open. |

Day 5- the questions are everywhere. I mean, if there's anything future applicants need to know, it's never to write these tests early. Lol. |
