The Rivers State Police Command has arrested 27 year old married man,Abert Koko-ete Hanson and 18 year wisdom Okon, from Abak Local Government Area of AkwaIbom State, two members of armed robbery syndicate who target and lure, luxurious girls on hook-up site to their hotel rooms in PortHarcourt.

One of the Victim simply identified as Faith, explained that she was contacted by someone who works in a hotel in PortHarcourt that a guest needed a ‘runs girl’ he will be with and she came to the hotel,was taken to the two bed room apartment where the suspects where lodging.

Miss Faith disclosed that the suspects showed her a girl’s picture claiming she(Faith) knows the girl and she is going to pay the five million naira the lady in the picture took from them.

Miss Faith explained that the suspects took her phone,forced her to open her password,unfortunately there was no money in her bank account.

She stated that the suspect had already tied and blind folded another female victim and kept that one in the toilet.

Miss Faith said the suspects later brought the first visit out of the toilet,stripped both of them naked , forceful had sex with them and tied them back,that they suspects were going to harvest their organs.

Miss Faith further revealed that it was the third female victim whom they brought,who alerted her friends in the hotel through a text message while the suspects where forcing her to open her bank APP password.

According to the Faith,her friends who were also lodged in the same hotel alerted the hotel security personnel who came and rescued three of the victims, including her.

The prime suspect,Albert Koko-ete confessed to the crime.

The Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, Chief Superintendent of Police,CSP Grace Iringe Koko urged young ladies to shun prostitution popularly called hookup because of the risk involved.

The Police Image Maker further advised young ladies to learn skills to better their lives.

CSP Koko revealed that the suspects targets classic girls with iPhone 15 above,whom they know,they can abduct and extract large amount of money from them or their relatives.

CSP Koko further revealed that the prime suspect had made over 18 million naira in six years he has been in the Illicit business.

The Rivers Police Spokesperson added that the suspects will be arraigned in court upon completion of investigation.

A woman just told me today how they lured her sister's inlaw's daughter to pH from delta (hookup) and did this exact thing to her. She says do they paid 1M to secure her release.

Nah! It is a lot more riskier for the girl. What can a girl do to a man in his car/hotel room/house, even if the man is a jjc? But, a guy could take a girl to his house with a dozen boys ready to Bleep her, or even drive her to a lonely road and rob her.

I noticed they have started raiding them seriously these days, I mean the ones that stand on the road. I was driving home late one night around egbeda/akowonjo area of Lagos when I saw the girls running. Omo! E be like 100 meters dash. I have never seen girls run that fast before in my life. It was freaking hilarious. I later saw police vans approaching.
