I have never liked russia they are in no way better than the west africans supporting them are very delusional. Nigerians travelling to russia now for whatever reason after knowing full well what's happening there killed themselves.

Few days ago the Russians Federation debunk this news, so it's all true all this while.
Do Nigerians deliberately join the Russians and Ukraine army to fight has mercenaries, I don't know the motive behind it.

Both sides have heavily used Mercenaries extensively in this war, Ukraine heavily recruits South Americans and even Africans, the quality of training is uneven, most foreigners are sent to combat battalions, Ukrainian battalions are so in name only given their evisceration. This entire conflict has been a meat factory.

They are actually paying it, it has steadily climbed from $2600 earlier in the war to $5k by late last year before some decline earlier this year but it is climbing again. They recruit a lot of ex military guys in Nigeria, the retired officers earn even higher.
