Russia imported Kenya's, Nigerians, Congolese, North Koreans and other poverty stricken nation to fight for them, without basic military training, some of them don't even know how to shoot a riffle, they just give them uniform and send them to the battle field. The American military will train you and send you to the highest military facilities before you become a soldier.
Been a marine involves a lot and you already know what it is, Russia pay less than 1500 dollars to those guys sacrificing their lives, ask what is the basic salary of a soldier in America

He's probably an American citizen with dual nationality. Many Nigerians and other Africans are in the US military because they have secured the US citizenship.
But you see Russia, they lure Africans to join their military with the hope that they will be granted citizenship. Many were deceived like that and ended up being cannon fodders for the Ukrainian drones.

Embassy of Russia has nothing to do with the recuritment of Africans. Usually it's recuritment 'agencies' that recruit Africans and other nationalities with the promise of security jobs...only to find out that they are being sent to the front.

I also think both Russia and Ukraine do actively recruit fighters for their foreign legions..and some do go there with the full idea that they would be fighting at the front.

But the embassy has nothing to do with it.

(Though the Marines do try to recurit from legal foreign residents of the US. A relative of mine studying in the US was once approached by a Marine recruiter. When he informed the guy that he wasn't an American citizen, the chap said NO PROBLEM. Anyway my relative didn't take the offer...this was around the Iraq war part 2 period.).

1.You know you are not an American. right?

2.While people can be pushed off, yes people do fall overboard in ships. At least one fataility due to falling overborard happens in US ships. Winds and current and pitching of the ship as well as carelessness are contributory factors.
