You have criteria to be met before you qualify joining the USA army, not every dick and Harry joins.
Russia imported Kenya's, Nigerians, Congolese, North Koreans and other poverty stricken nation to fight for them, without basic military training, some of them don't even know how to shoot a riffle, they just give them uniform and send them to the battle field. The American military will train you and send you to the highest military facilities before you become a soldier.
Been a marine involves a lot and you already know what it is, Russia pay less than 1500 dollars to those guys sacrificing their lives, ask what is the basic salary of a soldier in America
