I received for 2 50mbps and 1 20mbps sub all within this month

FUP of 1TB...after hitting 1TB you will be limited to 2mbps till your next sub

Mine doesn't go above 2mbps

First month went well
The rest became trash

I registered on the 5th February, installer brought the odu on the 9th February,
I just checked the expiration date it's 7th March.
I'm still trying to figure it out, is there a reason for this?

they first activate the device in the office(the installers) before bring the device to you for installation.

Im really tired of this airtel odu issue.
Starting from giving me a 20mbps to not having network on my router for over a week only to find out that from airtel that the reason I was not having network was as a result of my nin not linking well on the esim which I went to their office to rectify it and was told to get a physical Sim.. did that still no network im still getting the red signal light on the indoor unit.. like it's frustrating I have called customer care more than 20 times.. though they have rectify the bandwidth speed to 50mbps but the network issue is killing me like I havent enjoyed this router at all.. I dont even know what to do again..

What speed are you getting now .. and what band are U locked to

By 9 am till 4pm I do get 50Mpbs but by 6-11pm I do get 2-7mpbs. It is so bad but it is so manageable.

You want Airtel to give you a car battery-sized power bank with a device for 25k? Well, get a 30k mAh power bank, and also get a 5v to 12v converter USB cableto solve the power problem....if you read back on the thread, many people have gotten that cable and show the pics

I will not mind seeing the power bank for that. If I could see a power bank that will power it when the power supply is limited, I will surely grab it. I have a convertible cable which I bought for 3k

Thank you chief, will I still be able to insert the physical sim inside the ODU? Like is there a space to use it if I intend to put it back sometimes

Also if I get a physical sim will the eSIM still work too even when the sim is not inside the odu?

Once you swap the esim for physical sim, the esim stops working. There is a sim slot for all the ODU models. You locate it at the bottom of the device.

What type of odu(zlt,huawei,zte) do you use?
Because I am also experiencing the same issue

Save yourself the stress of buying multiple subscriptions when at home and going out

Buy zlt x30 and never worry about how you would use your aitel unlimited subscription when you go out of your house

physical sim? Prolly dropped from HBB. It might be the sim registration. I’m very lucky not to have experienced this with my two routers .

Physical sim yeah but the sim stop receiving signal and sim wey hin dey use for over 4 months hin get active sub on the sim seff

Likely the sim is damaged, tell him to go do a sim swap

I am also facing this issue, this is my third month and I haven't removed the sim since it was installed. My odu only has physical sim no esim

I just got the Airtel ODU and I don't want to port the sim to a physical sim because I know Airtel is the most deceptive network in Nigerian and dem fit change pattern in the future. My issue now is that I have the Airtel 5g router. Is there anyway I can make use of the airtel 5g router as a Wireless Internet Service Provide (WISP) from the ODU and share the Internet because I have a device in my house that connects only through LAN port and it's far away from where the ODU router is and I can't be passing wire everywhere in the house. I can't find it in the settings of the 5G router at all.

Airtel directly na he has an active 25k Sub seff na me run am for him last month

But why does Airtel sim damage by itself

If this is X25 pro, not the normal X25, you're in luck. Connect it via a LAN cable to the IDU, set it to Wired Broadband Mode, and you'd be good. It will broadcast wifi and internet to your home devices.

Your solution here is still the same as running a very long LAN cable from where the IDU is to where the device is. All I need is just the 5G router to connect to the IDU wirelessly so I can share the Internet through the LAN cable close to the device. I hope you understand now. I can do that on my TP link router conveniently. I just need the airtel 5G router to do same by receiving Internet from the ODU wirelessly and not wired

I would like to think the X25 pro can do that. If you can get to the menu where you can change the router mode, you can try the other modes other than Wired Broadband Mode. I have come across that but haven't used it as all I needed was a wired broadband function from a similar device, ZTE MC801A, which I use as my IDU.

First of all, when you log into myairtel app, is your subscription balance still showing ?!

I can't even change mode cos it only shows one option but according to videos online I think it has only wired mode and not wireless mode from routers that have been unlocked
