I was disappointed....and with the new cowrywise update....it was difficult to get the true picture of afrinvest trading today...

But I gained in Cardinal stone and Gtbank...

Better to use more than one fund manager mbok....

If all my funds were in Afrinvest....I for dey weep now... because what the hell....today was good....

I gained about €18 on top 300k.... meaning just #6 per 100k... hahahaha...

In all....I am grateful it wasn't a RED....let me manage my #18 naira like that édákán

Uberchic1:
wow 2.06! That's amazing. Afrinvest moved up only 0.01% so I'm guessing it's not invested much in the stocks that did great today.

Glad you are making some gains, Mama Equity. May God bless you, and enjoy the weekend.

CSOF is my goal.
But this CSOF is the capital guaranteed since it is classified under high risk?
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 8:02am On Feb 14
The YTD is at 41% as of Friday. Minimum capital 100M. If you had invested in January, it would be 141M by now. Your capital is not guaranteed; however, your money is likely to double.

I saw the bold & honestly the growth is really impressive. That means one need to invest in December or January to maximize the profit?
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 8:25am On Feb 14
Early January is better. If you are patient, you can still get in; however, you have to wait longer to achieve a good result.

Hypothetical here, can someone decide to pull out their funds plus profits now? What's minimum duration for equities before withdrawals are possible? Would appreciate if you can point me in the direction of information in this.
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 10:09am On Feb 14
Some equities fund managers allow you to liquidate your funds at anytime, moreover, you might be charged some fees on interest accrued. Since it is a high-risk investment, you are allowed to withdraw your funds at anytime.

I thought there is a holding period for the 100m capital for this CSOF
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 10:56am On Feb 14
CSOF is one year; the other equity does not have a holding period. You can't withdraw from CSOF until after one year.

@bold does the one year holding period include profit too or only capital?
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 11:22am On Feb 14
Lol. You can't withdraw both; however, try and contact them if you are interested. They will explain in detail to you, or you can just branch by at their office in ABJ or LAG. Next year, I might be doing it as well.

Are these lists based on your research or firsthand experience, dealing with them?
Of course, some of us have already tasted CS and a few others.

Good morning chief....

I checked out the Zenith ESG....I think it has low liquidity..... getting out may be a bit difficult....aside their usual 180 days minimum holding period... with 10% penalty for early withdrawal....

Low liquidity, not at all. I did withdraw, and they sent me a form to fill out instantly. Their MMF is also great; I get paid the next day if I initiate a withdrawal. Check this SEC excel on the 6th of Feb. It has 1B+ NAV.

@Beeron

Pls I need a clarification.
I placed a bid over the weekend for some shares. The bid has gone through.

However, I selected Good till canceled with respect to time in force.

The status of my bid is now filled but I noticed I have still received multiple alerts from X-Alert regarding my trade.

Is it a system malfunction from NGX or do I need to still cancel the order. If I need to cancel I would appreciate advise on how to go about it. I have tried looking for it on the system but no luck.

Stockbroker is CardinalStone
