In Europe and the entire western world when there is war or conflict going on in a nearby country you will see the neighbouring countries preemptively start arming themselves militarily and preparing for the worst but that is not the case in Africa.
Nigeria for example is under siege from jihadist, what started as bokoharam in far borno has almost reached the Atlantic ocean and we are still playing if only we know how vulnerable and defenseless we are here In the south.
As my topic implies if you are smart, you will naturally know the next target state after kwarra,I will not mention the state because the ethnically biased mods will ban me but anyways make we just dey look.

It's possible! Can't say if they're 'the next' though! Ebonyi has a uncomfortably high dose of naive and docile indigenes and are the weakest link in the south-east/Igbo response to Fulani/Islamic imperialism! See how easy it was for Umahi to replicate the Tinubu/Lagos template in Ebonyi state!
