He was with same Imade earlier in the year and posted the pictures himself. He is being denied JOINT CUSTODY (without supervision), not access. Two different things.

If not for Dele Momodu, they for use power to finish Sophia. No competent court to will grand full or joint custody to a type of parent like Davido and the tragedy of losing his son has little to do with it. He's hardly available and he surrounds himself with all sorts of shady characters no sane parent will be comfortable leaving a child with.



Sophia did not sue him, he was the one that sued her. She never stopped him from seeing Imade, she only requested that the visits must be supervised and the child cannot travel with him. Considering the type of lifestyle Davido is living, that's the best kind of access he can get with the child, let's leave sentiment out of this. It was through this lawsuit that we got to know that Davido did not pay child support on Imade for years, Sophia never made this public till she got sued and Davido never refuted this till date. Whoever advised Davido to embark on this custody battle did not do well at all

Asides the schools fees which Davido's dad has been paying, Sophia has been the one singlehandedly taking care of imade throughout the years that Davido distanced himself from them and Davido never for one day debunked this. The reason Davido stopped paying child support is because Sophia stoped him from coming to sleep with her, Davido never debunked this too. Both him and his supporters are unwell.
He goes everywhere with Chioma and word on the street is Chioma's mother used to live with them. That is if her visa issues hasn't been sorted out. No one has denied him access to Imade and I am very sure his father said in an interview that Imade comes for the family's Christmas retreat. Those were lies Davido concocted against Sophia during that time Adeleke family unsuccessfully tried to snatch Imade from Sophia. FYI, both Sophia and imade were tested and no traces of controlled substances were found in either of their systems. If such substances were found in their systems, don't you think Adeleke would have successfully collected imade from her at the time? You think a family like Adeleke would fold their arms and watch their child get raised by a drug user? Stop letting hatred cloud your judgement.
