I'm thinking, this list isn't just about miliary might but a combination of a lot factors like, economic strength, defense, cyber warfare, education, human capital development, projection around the world and so on.. Because if it was about just military strength, I dont think Saudi Arabia should be about Israel and Singapore shouldn't be on the list.

I mentioned, why some country is above Isreal which is the reason i mentioned, a lot of factors and not just military might were considered in making this list.
