Since 2009, the senseless killings must stop even if it means pumping oil for the US as payment. This bloodshed must stop. Northern leaders hands are not clean.
Not only must it stop, it has to be followed with political and constitutional reforms so that a new Nigeria rises ensuring we are never in this situation again.

Union must not be forced. We have to accept the critically vital concept that nationhood will only be successful if the people within said nation broadly want the same things.

When they are irreconcilably different, with several major areas of fundamental and contentious disagreement, especially with such being ethno-religious in the case of Nigeria, then that nation is doomed for sure

Destruction is Nigeria's sure fate unless Nigerians recognise the problem and move to address it instead of continuing to bury their head in the sand in reverential worship of 'one Nigeria'.

Your people that are killed in kwara and ekiti states, have they not paid the price enough ?

Or you think you’re part of the owners of the resources in that country ?

Wait until you or your family becomes victims of those killings, you’ll be in front asking Tinubu to resign…

PBAT is way smarter than them and their "Yes Daddy" leader who automatically supported and demanded unauthorized bombing of Nigeria by USA.

Their lobbying was to secure regime-change bombing of Nigeria they wanted Obi to profit from. Yet we now have the USA working in a partnership with Nigeria as never seen before. The thing come hook dem for throat.

Note how Obi, who has called for USA to bomb Nigeria after Trump initially made the threat, is now silent as USA chose to work , under a formal joint committee partnership, with Nigeria rather than invade us "guns a blazing" as they were all salivating to see.

Obi can only speak when there is a chance to make the Government look bad.

When the government does something good and commendable, the Agulu charlatan is graveyard silent. In the words of Trump himself "terrible, terrible people".

whatever happened to your Nigeria is a sovereign nation and we will solve our problems

If their price would be to have almost all the minerals in the north, no problem. Nigeria as a whole has never benefited from any mineral from the North. The only thing that enters the coffers

Biodun556:
Heavy United States military build-up in Nigeria for the past week in preparation of a potential US-backed offensive against Islamic State affiliate ISWAP in northeast Nigeria.

Between February 6 and 14, six US Air Force cargo planes landed in West Africa, all of them stopping in Accra, Ghana first. Five of them landed later on in Nigerian Air Force bases, while the sixth aircraft only arrived today and will likely follow the route towards the northeast as well.

- 1x C-17A to Kainji Airbase
- 1x C-130J-30 to Maiduguri Airbase, Borno
- 3x C-17A to Maiduguri Airbase, Borno

All of them left the respective bases on the same day they landed.

Maiduguri Airbase will likely be the primary base of operations for supporting the Nigerian army against ISWAP. This is a critical location as the IS affiliate currently controls most of Borno State rural areas.

The volume of the delivery and the type of aircraft used by the USAF indicates that very heavy equipment is being sent to Maiduguri Airbase, I suspect at least one or more MQ-9 Reaper drones, attack helicopters and of course a large number of US troops.

On February 10, American and Nigerian officials told WSJ that the US was to send 200 US troops to Nigeria.

Nigeria is a sovereign nation others should not bomb arbitrarily. That is an illegal act of aggression, forbidden by international law, against a Sovereign nation not directly or indirectly threatening the interest of the USA.

The USA partnering with Nigeria, with our full approval, is of course an acceptable option.

The considerations above have been my consistent standpoint from day one and you can check my past post if you doubt that.

Very different to the demand of Peter Obi and his Obidient mob that the USA bomb and invade at will like some imperialist marauders and slavers.

Better all those billions of dollars worth of lithium, tantalite and gold be LEGALLY sold to the USA with all relevant legitimacy paperwork, than to keep allowing Chinese Triad gangsters to smuggle out those NATIONAL commodities for FREE, after bribing a few northern Nigerian Islamist oligarchs and while also smuggling in military weapons to arm Islamist terror gangs paid to kill off villager populations wherever the Chinese detect mining opportunities.

What is the meaning of invasion if not foreign troops in one's country? You think the US military is here to dance ballet?

Your parents wasted money in sending you to school if you don't know that Nigeria has been invaded already.

In case you are too bitter, hateful and vindictive to note it, Sovereign is used here in relation to an unprovoked military attack or invasion of a nation by another arbitrarily and in disrespect of international law.

Different to a case where one region of the same nation Country is destroying itself and the entire nation with terrorism. That has nothing to do with sovereign so I don't see why you are now fighting the word "Sovereign".

Jeez !!! For crying out loud, how is it difficult for you to understand the bolded describes the actions of individuals their nation of origin has zero responsibility for?

You're just shifting goal post shamelessly and unsurprisingly since it is what most of you do because your radical mindset prevents you seeing the facts as others present it.

Malian jihadists killing Nigerians in Nigeria is not the fault of Mali let alone an issue we attack Mali, a sovereign nation, over.

Instead it is up to Nigeria to deal with the menaces of those Malians as we see fit with the Malian Government understanding and accepting it is our full right to do so in our sovereign nation.

Go and commit serious crime in the UK and USA to then shout you're from the sovereign Nigerian nation.

You seem terribly confused about the whole sovereignty issue. Perhaps you need a few days to read up on it.

Hmmm so you @WizardOfNG made this comment? You know all this about Nigeria being an unworkable union yet you were one of the most vocal against Nnamdi Kanu last year when he was jailed unjustly for trying to liberate his people. You continued in your scheme by attacking and making jokes on any thread I made towards what you are saying here.... What you and many others do on this platform by peddling lies and ridiculing those who speak against injustice due to tribalism or selfish political interests, knowing fully well that what they are saying is right speaks volume on how mischievous one can be even to his own detriment....

Stop it right there. Yes I believe the union of Nigeria is redundant and unworkable unless our differences are recognised and accommodates to create a system that works to assist all Nigerians develop to their full potentials.

Violent pursuit of secession, which is terrorism, is what I disapprove of that Kanu is guilty of 💯%. Simple.

The only legal options open to Kanu is for him to put pressure on Igbo legislators to move the motion for the inclusion of a secession clause in our constitution reversing the status quo where such is outlawed and an act of treason according to the 1999 constitution .

As long as Kanu has rejected that option then he should accept the consequences of his violent and constitutionally outlawed push for secession.

She said this in 2026 and months after our nation had a formal Nigeria -USA partnership work committee in place to tackle terrorism in Nigeria.

She is therefore saying she welcomes approved bombing of the North. Many will concur with her.

Very different to Obi endorsing bombing of Nigeria when Trump initially made it a threat he would carry out against Nigeria without our approval. Get your facts right please.

You've gone back to your usual antics of half truths,. Was Nnamdi Kanu really violent in his pursuit for self-determination which is his right....? How many times did Kanu attack any one violently if not security agencies that actually started the violence by attacking IPOB members for conducting peaceful protests. If you truly believe that Nigeria is an unworkable union why are you still condemning Nnamdi Kanu? You have a country where a large section practice sharia laws that are alien to your constitution, how will you still believe that you can somehow salvage the situation when you know Fulani sharia loving cabal in the North will not stop their jihadists conquest until sharia spreads to other regions of the country. What you call a constitution that you mentioned in accusing Nnamdi Kanu as a terrorist has been reduced to a tissue paper by your northern Jihadist sharia neighbours yet you are silent, unable to call them out but it is Kanu that is your problem.

I see that you still parrot Tinubu's praises and admire his terrible government, even as it continues to pamper terrorists and cover up mass killings of Nigerians...... As I said in earlier post, your continued scheme of supporting injustice on this platform even when you know better is an indictment on your character, how mischievous one can be even to his own detriment....
