Looking at the condition of the compound at launching ... withered plants ... unswept entrance ... plants seem to be stuck in their and left unattended ...one can tell that maintenance is not a priority. We should get an update in a year and let's see th luxury. The introductory rates are very reasonable compared internationally. I can see abroad based Nigerians rushing to stay here instead of hotels. The compound is safe ...but what about when one steps out?
